At ARGENT SILVERSMITH, we take pride in our handcrafted jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Argent Silversmith gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
